Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — only when you subscribe to the list, submit feedback, or make a purchase (PayPal shares the payer email with us so we can deliver the product).
• Purchase records — product, price, timestamp, PayPal order ID.
• Booking details — the session date/time you select.
• Site analytics — page views, scroll depth, button clicks, the page URL, and the IP address of the requesting browser. No third-party trackers; everything is logged to our own SQLite database.
• Feedback — the form text you submit, plus a name and email if you provide them.

What we do NOT collect

• Payment card numbers — those go directly to PayPal; we never see or store them.
• Cookies for tracking. The site uses no cookies.
• Any data from third-party advertising or analytics networks (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, etc.).

How we use it

• Order and booking emails. If you bought a product or booked a session, we email you the download link / meeting details.
• Newsletter (only if you subscribed). Tips, occasional product updates. Every newsletter email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Aggregate analytics — to understand which guides resonate and what to improve.
• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / general)

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time — use the link in any email, or email openclaw414@gmail.com.
• Access — request a copy of every record we hold about you.
• Deletion — request full deletion. We retain purchase records for tax/accounting (typically 7 years) but everything else (analytics, subscriber row, feedback) can be removed.
• Correction — tell us if anything's wrong; we'll fix it.
• All requests: email openclaw414@gmail.com from the address associated with the data.

Retention

Subscriber rows are kept until you unsubscribe (after which the row stays with unsubscribed=1 to honor your opt-out). Analytics rows are kept for operational use; no advertising profile is built. Purchase records are kept for tax/accounting (typically 7 years).

Third parties we use

• PayPal — processes the payment, shares the payer email with us. PayPal Privacy.
• Google Fonts — the page loads Inter from fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives the requesting IP per their privacy policy.
• SMTP provider — if configured, the operator's SMTP host (e.g. Gmail) handles outbound emails per their own policy.
